We perform milling services in 3 and 5-axial machining centres.

Our offer comprises milling in 3-axial and 5-axial machining centre. Our CAD/CAM department programmes machines based on 3-D models and 2-D documentation using CAM software. High accuracy of machining in 5 axes is guaranteed by DWO/TCPC system, which dynamically shifts the workpiece zero point and controls tool axis location. We import models in the following formats DWG, DXF, PARASOLID, STEP, IGS, STL, SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR, CATIA.

DESIGNING SEEOPEN

We have a specialist office providing CAD designs and technology preparation using CAM tools.

We have highly qualified staff of designers and technologists who prepare 3D models and provide CAM programming. This department designs also technological processes for single workpieces and sets of machinery parts as well as technological devices. The department cooperates permanently with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Koszalin University of Technology in terms of reconstruction engineering and assessment of geometrical structure of machined surfaces, therefore, we can guarantee high accuracy of dimensions and shapes of machined elements.

Our offer comprises: 
Creation of 3D models based on drawing documentation.
Preparation of 3D and 2D documentation for structural elements using the reconstruction engineering techniques. We can re-create full technical documentation based on the delivered finished element (even if damaged) documentation of which was lost.

TURNING SEEOPEN

We provide turning services in 3 and 4-axial machining centres

This offer, which is associated with advanced CAM programming, comprises turning and milling operations in 3-axial machining centre. Driven tools and multi-position hybrid heads assure high precision and minimum timing needed for workpiece making. This offer is supplemented by 2-axial turning centres.
